• What can St. David's do for you to enhance your spiritual life?
• Describe your most positive Christian formation experience at Saint David's (or another church).
• What at St. David's has help you nurture your family and/or children?  
• How has your spiritual life help you in raising your children?
• What are the needs that are not being met?
• What can we do better or differently in Christian Formation?
